On one occasion, I went to an exhibition hosted in The Eastbury, a local hotel. I had not previously visited it. I was so pleasantly surprised that I thought I would share it with you.
The intriguing nooks and crannies, winding corridoors and variety of rooms just fascinated me. Exploring one corridoor, I passed a room of activity and discussion – it was one of the offices. The ensuing conversation with the manageress was amazing. It is rare to meet a person who so willingly gives you their undivided attention for a while. Such dialoguing enables you to evaluate the potential of the hotel for future events.
It was a wonderful discovery and the customer care is seen in the gardens too, with small areas here and there with a table/shade cover and seats for outside refreshment and enjoyment. Even a notice on a tree in the garden alerting clients to the business of the bees in that particular area.
Also have posted a review of the hotel on Trip Advisor.
Do check out the website and see something of the quality and thoughtfulness I encountered during my brief visit. I plan to return for sure.
