This is a dynamic new approach to libraries pioneered by the Tower Hamlet branches. Having visited and used the communication facilities at the Canary Wharf branch, I can assure you that it is concept worth exploring. The range of services offered, the welcome and practical set up with customer care as a priority all add up to an excellent initiative.

Joining the library is straightforward and entitles a member to have access to other designated libraries in the London area. This is a great asset to a traveller like myself. Currently I hold several library membership cards but with the Idea Store network, I'm able to use one card at several libraries.
Whether borrowing books, other materials, DVDs etc. or making use of recommended courses or even using the library seminar rooms for special meetings for your company or interest group, you will find flexibility and excellent customer care.
