IDEAS ON THE MOVE
One leading international visionary business CEO established an "Office of the Future" as an integral part of his company. The staff in his "Office of the Future" filled their days exploring ideas, dreaming about the future and drafting papers called "Idea Project Briefs" to present to the Board of Directors. From this smorgasbord of creative possibilities, key ideas were selected regularly to be woven into the working-fabric of the company at least on a trial basis.
Ideas are born in a variety ways - they become the foundational crucible in which further refining and development takes place. So often one idea leads to another and then to others, eventually a valuable fresh development takes place within a company or business or any area of community life.
Sometimes there are many proto-types. Followed by many further trials and then a much improved idea results. On other occasions, suddenly the whole concept crystalises rapidly.
