FRANK WATER ~ Clean Water Saves lives

FRANK Water funds sustainable clean water projects in developing countries across the world.

FRANK Water was founded by Katie Alcott in 2005, after she visited India and contracted dysentery after drinking dirty water. Coming back to the UK she realised that by selling ethical bottled water she could use the profits to fund new clean water facilities for villages in need.
5 years on…FRANK Water is now two distinct entities. FRANK Water Projects, a small registered charity (No. 1121273) that can receive your direct donations, and FRANK Water Products, a not-for-profit social enterprise which continues to give 100% of its profits to the charity.

Your support really matters. In a world where more than 4,000 children die EVERY DAY from a lack of clean drinking water, it’s clear that help is urgently needed.

Please join us and be part of the solution.

[1] By visiting you at home, a Kitchens Direct designer can get a real feel for what you want from your new kitchen. They can listen to your ideas, suggest a few of their own, find out what does and doesn't work for you and gather all the information they need to help you create the perfect kitchen to fit into your family's life. They'll also bring with them samples of our ranges, worktops and handles, so you can feel the quality for yourself, and help you choose just the right appliances and finishing touches.

[2] Your kitchen designer will also give you a written quote for the whole job, including full kitchen installation, so you know exactly where you stand on the money front. They can also tell you all about our range of finance options designed to help you spread the cost and avoid having to find a big lump sum up front.

[3] Once you're 100% happy with your kitchen designs, we'll arrange a full technical survey. Our surveyor will come along and double-check all measurements assess things like pipes, plumbing and electrics and generally make sure there are no visible problems with your existing kitchen. [4] At an agreed time, we'll deliver your new kitchen and then totally dismantle, remove and dispose of your old one. The only thing you need to do is empty your cupboards and units and we'll take care of absolutely everything else.

[5] Your new kitchen will then be fitted by fully trained Gas Safe registered kitchen installers, who have vast experience of our kitchens and are experts at keeping disruption to a minimum. They'll respect your home, get the job done as efficiently as possible and can usually install a kitchen from start to finish in just a few days and for that extra piece of mind all Kitchens Direct kitchens come with a 3 year installation guarantee.

[6] Once your stunning affordable kitchen is complete, we want to make sure that you're totally happy with the results. That's why we provide a free, comprehensive after-sales service, so in the unlikely event that you do have a problem, you know who to turn to for help. Kitchens Direct offer a 15 year guarantee for all our cabinets and of course, this is in addition to all individual manufacturers' guarantees on appliances.

Sheila Kerrigan ~ Fabric Designer and Watercolour Artist

About Sheila Kerrigan

Sheila is a fabric designer and watercolour artist who specialises in designs created from her own original artwork. She is exhibiting at 'One Year On' New Designers Exhibition 2009. Her company name is Phoebe Creations.

For many years Sheila has practised the art of watercolour painting in a wide range of subjects and has exhibited and sold her work in both Dorset and Wales.

Her concepts are to take original artwork and move it on, developing new ideas for design and exploring new techniques such as digital design and the postmodern concepts of looking at  past periods such as the Art Deco period and the Diaghilev period of the Ballet Russes, bringing ideas into the future to create original work. From this concept she has produced a collection of innovative fabrics for either interiors or fashion.

Sheila holds a Diploma in Art and a BA Honours Degree in Design, Fashion/Textiles from the University of Plymouth. She has also gained certificates in Computer Technology from the University of Oxford.

Sheila is inspired by the natural world and delights in abstract art, admiring the works of Henri Matisse, Giacomo Balla, Pablo Picasso and other fauvists. She is also inspired by the ballet and theatre costumes and classical music
